COMPANY is our novice-intermediate competition team for dancers ages 4+. Dancers considering our COMPANY team are new to competitive dance or have some experience competing at a novice to intermediate level. Our COMPANY team is the perfect next step for recreational dancers looking to take their training to the next level.
All dancers auditioning for COMPANY are automatically auditioning for placement on OCPAA’s intermediate and advanced level programs. Dancers placed on these teams attend regular COMPANY competitions as well as a limited number of conventions featuring both classes and competitions, gaining valuable experience with a variety of instructors and dance styles. These teams are designed for those ready for more focused technical training and broader performance opportunities.
COMPANY auditions are formatted as a series of master classes with guest instructors and choreographers in various styles over the days of Monday, July 27th to Thursday, July 30th. As the master classes serve as our audition process, dancers can expect OCPAA faculty observing classes.

Audition Groups & Packages
Audition + Master Classes Package: $200 per dancer
- All dancers wishing to audition for COMPANY Season 26/27 must sign up for their appropriate Group Audition Package. (Grade Level as of Fall 2026)
- Includes enrollment to all Group Master Classes and COMPANY Season 26/27 Audition Fee (Monday 7/27-Thursday 7/30).
- All dancers registered in this package will receive communications/details about auditions and access to the audition application as well as full season information
- Audition Info Packet and Application will be released prior to 7/27 and will include details on the audition process along with estimated dates and fees for the 26/27 season.

- Current families should make sure to log into their portal account prior to registration. You may also find the registration packages in the portal class search.
- New families will be directed to create a portal account and will be assessed all appropriate registration fees.

ABSENT FROM AUDITIONS
$125 Audition Application fee per dancer
If the dancer is unable to attend audition week please register for the appropriate AUDITION ONLY package below. This ensures that the dancer is included in all audition details and given access to the audition application. The family will be contacted by OCPAA staff to arrange a private audition.
Evaluation Impact of Absence: Prospective and returning COMPANY families should be aware that when a dancer is absent and missing the entire scheduled master class week, they will be unable to be evaluated directly against their peers and this absence may affect final placements in groups and training teams for the season.
